2. Individuals currently enrolled in a college program can apply to continue their education in a university program at Phu Xuan University.<\/span><\/p>

3. Individuals currently enrolled in a college program can apply to transfer to a university program (in the same field or a different field) at Phu Xuan University.<\/span><\/p>
